General conditions

Any order implies total acceptance with no exceptions to these general conditions of sale.
These can be modified at any time without notice.
All the orders whatever their origin, are charged in Euros.
Prices are quoted in Euros all Belgian taxes included, but excluding the cost of shipping.
Home Sweet Homme reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order’s entry.
Home Sweet Homme does not guarantee in any case, the products on sale during a given period.
At your first order, you are invited to open an account to record your personal information. These will not be used for commercial purposes. The email address will be used to communicate the customers the latest store promotions, new products without abuse!
Home Sweet Homme commits to avoid any type of Spam mails.
The customer is free to choose their payment method from among those offered by Home Sweet Homme (Paypal, bank transfer).
Order Tracking
After saving the order, an order confirmation with all the information will be sent to you by e-mail.
After validating the order (receipt of payment) , a new e-mail will be sent to the customer to inform him that the package is sent via the means of transport chosen by the customer among those offered by Home Sweet Homme.
Exceptional cases:
In case of unavailability of one of the item ordered, Home Sweet Homme will contact the customer in order to make the refund or to offer a new article within a further period depending on availability.
If you do not receive an e-mail within fifteen minutes after your order, you are advised to contact customer service (0032) 065/874803 or by mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) to check if there was no problem during the ordering process.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes are likely to be due. It would be your responsibility and are at your entire responsibility both in terms of declaring and payments to the authorities and recognized Organisms in your country.
Customs restrictions
The customer takes on responsibility for transporting these products, he acknowledged being fully aware of the legislation in his country before ordering on the site.
Home Sweet Homme can not be held responsible for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability of products, in cases of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transportation, communications, and in case of flood or fire.
The Goods are travelling at the risk of the recipient if the customer chooses La Poste as carrier, and under the conditions of the carrier in the case of DPD.
Home Sweet Man is relieved of his duties upon delivery of the package carrier. Home Sweet Homme will proceed with all necessary formalities and will help the customer to find back his package in case of loss.
Warranty
Having a storefront, Home Sweet Homme assures quality, authenticity of its products because we choose ourselves our products from our suppliers!

You have a period of seven days upon receipt of your delivery to request the exchange your order at our customer service.
ARE TAKEN BACK all returned items which fulfill the following conditions:
- The package must be shipped via DPD or letter at customer's expense.
- We disclaim any responsibility for shipping other than this way.
- The individual packages are not detected.
- The clothes have not been unfolded, and are not worn, undamaged and in their original packaging (labels not removed).
- For reasons of hygiene, underwear, shorts, thongs, jock strap and in general low body (jersey) in contact with the intimate parts will not be resumed.
- Accessories in contact with skin such as hats, gloves, cosmetics will not be resumed.
- The items which are in promotions will not be returned or exchanged.
- Risks associated with the return of the item (loss or damage) remain the responsibility of the customer as the package has not been delivered against a signature.
- The return costs are not covered by Home Sweet Homme.
- Returned items are reviewed before acceptance for exchange. In case of doubt on the state or origin of the goods, the exchange request will be systematically refused. Unacceptable items will however be returned after receipt of the amount of delivery according to the country concerned.
- Risks associated with the return of the item (loss or damage) are charged to the customer and return postage.
- A single application for exchange is accepted per order. If the items received in exchange are not suitable, another article will be chosen by the recipient (referring to responsibility of the recipient).
Legislation
- The products are conform to current legislation and Belgian standards.
- Shipments abroad are sent under the full responsibility of the recipient with respect to the laws in force in his country.
- Sweet Home Homme was harmless where the contents of its sites violate the legal regulations in force.
- The photographs, text, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced illustrating the products presented are those proposed by suppliers. They can not be contractual.
Privacy
Home Sweet Homme respects the total confidentiality of information that you provide. They will only be used in order to offer a better service in the processing of your order or to inform you better.
This article can not prevent the sale or transfer of activities to third. Therefore, in accordance with the law's computer of January 6th, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to your data. To do this, you just have to send us a letter with your details and if possible your customer reference, accompanied by a photocopy of your ID.
Litigation
Any settlement of a dispute can be done with our customer service or by mail and failing by a settlement, it will be the sole jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Mons in Belgium.
Intellectual Property
Reproduction in whole or part of the website published by Home Sweet Homme is strictly prohibited.
All texts, commentaries, articles, illustrations and pictures reproduced on the Website Home Sweet Homme are reserved under the copyright and the title of intellectual property worldwide.
Shipping
Your order will be sent in a closed, solid, quiet boxe and without any outward sign identifying the content. Only paid orders will be shipped. Home sweet Homme retains an average time of  preparation of 24hrs working days to complete orders.
For orders whose products are in stock, the package will be shipped within 48hrs after payment of the order (except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and special notification).
The preparation time and delivery may be longer during holidays or busy periods (from 1 / 07 to 15/09 and from 10/12 to 15/01).
Important note
For the security of receipt, we recommend you to deliver your package to an address where you are the most often. eg your workplace or in someone close to you.
After 3 attemps of shipments, if the package comes back, all cost will be forwarded to you if you still want it.
Payment
Payment is made either online via the PayPal service which accepts most of the credit cards or by bank transfer made by the customer.
Home Sweet Homme reserves the right to place an order in pending and ask a proof of address and identity before shipping the order if necessary.
