The periods displayed correspond to the times once your package has been shipped by Home Sweet Homme. The Package is prepared and shipped within 24 working hours from the validation of your payment. The time to prepare your package may be longer during holidays or busy periods (from 01/07 to 15/09 and from 10/12 to 15/01).
With DPD, you can consult and track your Package for free through the computer system and logistics on the website www.dpd.net. The insurance during shipping is included to a maximum of 520 euros per Package. If your package is lost or damaged by DPD during transport, it will open an investigation and after a check we will reimburse the value of your product (excluding shipping), as soon as possible.
